This can include for example, the delivery details that you provide if you are shipping the order to some one else, or photos of others in your uploaded photos. Please ensure that you have prior permission from others before uploading their photos. We treat third party information no different from yours, and is subject to same strict controls and privacy policy.

Content Moderation

Since our platform allows users to upload their photos and videos, we have a responsibility to ensure that any inappropriate content is identified and filtered out. In order to achieve this, we use Artificial Intelligence (AI) based moderation of your photos. Content that we filter out includes explicit nudity, violence, visually disturbing content, drugs and hate symbols.

Please note that we do reserve the right to suspend/delete your account if you upload offensive material and report you to relevant authorities if we believe that the uploaded content results in the breaking of the law.

Sharing of your data with third parties?

At Photo9, we are committed to your data privacy. We use third-party service providers for processing orders, payments and storage of your content uploaded to our site. These service providers are bound by strict privacy laws and are only allowed to use your data in relation to a specific service being provided on our behalf.

Please note that there are exceptional and limited circumstances where we may be required to share your data. For example, we may be required to share your data in response to a court order or police investigation.

Changes of business ownership and control - Photo9 may, from time to time, expand or reduce our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Photo9. Data provided by users will, where it is relevant to any part of our business, will be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this privacy policy, be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was originally supplied to us. We may also disclose Data to a prospective purchaser of our business or any part of it. In the above instances, we will take steps with the aim of ensuring your privacy is protected.

Do we collect information from children?

Photo9 is not directed at children and if we discover that users under the age of 16 have provided their personal information or have uploaded their photos and videos, we will proceed to remove the data immediately.
